PANAGIOTIS DIAMANTIS (Professor Dr.)
has been carrying out his business activities in Romania since 1993. He was the Founder of SSIF IEBA TRUST. All these years, he has been involved with many successful financial and business consulting services, as well as, real estate development, all related to the Romanian market. In 1986, he graduated from the Economics Department of Athens University of Economics and Business. In 1987, he was awarded the M.Sc. and in 1990 his Ph.D in Finance from the University of Birmingham, UK. He is a Professor of Financial Management in Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE), and he has served as Head of the Department of Business Administration of the same University for two successive terms.
ANDREAS BALASKAS
joined the board of IEBA TRUST in September 2008 and is currently the CEO of the company. Andreas Balaskas, as a Certified Analyst by the Bank of Greece, followed a long career in the equity research field, with his last appointment being in Investment Bank of Greece (the brokerage arm of Marfin Group), as Senior Equity Analyst. Andreas Balaskas has been focusing his equity research on a large number of industries and has been involved in numerous M&As and investment projects throughout his career. He holds an international MBA degree in Accounting and Financial Markets from the Bournemouth University (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Coventry University (UK).
LIVIU ARNAUTU
is the Vice-President of the Company's Board of Directors. He has previously worked in the banking industry, in the team of Emporiki Bank Romania – Member of Credit Agricole Group. His latest appointment was Treasury Director, following a career of 8 years in Capital Markets. Liviu ARNAUTU has studied fundamentals of banking, stock exchange and behavioral finance at the Romanian-American University.
TAKIS FYSSAS
has 19 years of experience in banking, finance, and the industry. He began his career in London with National Westminster Bank PLC where he worked for the Corporate and Institutional Banking division, and Group Credit Control. Prior to joining the Onassis Group, he had a spell in the industry, in the privatization of a major shipbuilding facility in Greece. As CFO of the Onassis Group, he managed a multi-billion global portfolio of financial assets (capital markets and private equity), direct real estate, and shipping assets. He is a graduate of Panteion University in Athens with a Bachelor in Social and Political Sciences, and holds an MBA from Birmingham Business School (UK).
                          SOARE VLADIMIR

having over 30 years of experience in the financial - banking field, as Vice Governor of the National Bank of Romania and Vice Governor of Romania for the World Bank (Washington), he joined the Board of Directors of IEBA TRUST in March 2010, as Vice President of the Company.
